Flexible Retainer Packages & Ad Hoc Support
At Shearwater Business Support, we offer a range of flexible rates and packages to suit your needs, whether you require regular assistance or ad hoc support on demand, please explore our rates & packages. All packages start with an initial consultation to understand your business and how we can best support you. After 6–8 weeks, we’ll carry out a review to assess progress and adjust your package if needed.

Additional costs, such as mileage, postage, stationery, and printing, may apply. These will always be agreed upon in advance and charged at cost.
Please note that unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month and will still be charged unless otherwise agreed.
Payment for retainer packages is required at the beginning of each month before any work commences. If you need extra hours beyond your plan, these are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Transparent Time Tracking and Flexible Work Options
I use time-tracking software for all tasks and will keep you updated on the time used so that you are only paying for the time it takes.
Although most of my work is done ‘virtually’, I am also happy to discuss working with you face to face if required. Prices for this depend on location and the requirements of the work. Contact me to discuss a quote.
Ad Hoc Support
If you don’t need regular monthly support, our ad hoc services offer flexibility at £38 per hour. You’ll be billed only for the exact time spent on each task – for example, if something takes 30 minutes, that’s what you’ll be charged for.
Before beginning any ad hoc work, a deposit invoice will be issued. The final balance is due upon completion, with payment required within 7 days.
Additional costs such as mileage, postage, stationery, and printing may apply and are discussed in advance.
